Walk the room
We map traffic lanes, spots and any pre-existing damage with you.

Deep vacuum
Dry soil comes out first — it is most of what makes carpet look grey.

Pre-spray & dwell
An emulsifier breaks the bond between soil and fiber.
- Step 4
Extract
Heated water and high vacuum rinse the carpet clean and pull the moisture out.
- Step 5
Dry & finish
We groom the pile and place air movers so the carpet dries fast and flat.

Do you take rugs off-site?
Most rugs are cleaned in your apartment. Heavily soiled or delicate pieces that need immersion cleaning get discussed up front with a clear price.
Deposit clean before moving out?
We do Manhattan move-out cleanings weekly — book the carpet cleaning and we'll email a receipt your landlord will accept.
